Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Orders are prepared and packed by hand. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

If there is a significant delay, we will communicate updates as needed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping and are available for download immediately after purchase.
